Complete Home Inspection

A home inspection is a visual inspection of the structure and components of a home by  a certified professional Home Inspector.  The purpose of the home inspection is to find items that are not performing correctly  or items that are unsafe, and to assist the home buyers manage risk. If a problem or a symptom of a problem is found, HouseFacts will include a description of the  problem in a written report and may recommend further evaluation. The resulting inspection report is an unbiased, professional assessment of the condition of the house  and  its operational systems.  To create this report, HouseFacts must conduct a visual inspection of virtually every accessible  nook and cranny  both inside and outside of the house.

On the surface, a home may appear to be in good shape, but our experience from inspecting both new and older homes throughout Arizona tells us that structural issues, roofing problems, electrical defects,  plumbing issues and many other significant problems are more prevalent than expected, and that  minor deficiencies generally affect all properties.

Our intent is to provide you with the facts concerning the real condition of the home so that you may proceed with knowledge and confidence.  With this information you can take care of any deficiencies, determine whether proceeding with the purchase of the home is prudent, or perhaps use this knowledge to negotiate the terms of your home purchase.

HouseFacts Home Inspections also offers additional inspection services such as:
Termite inspections, mold inspections, swimming pool & spa inspections, inspections of any outbuildings on the property, and commercial or multi-dwelling properties. Take advantage of our additional services so you can further minimize post-sale problems or hazards  in your new home.
